I'm a democrat and I'm probably against every vote Mathis has voted on but I hope he wins. It's not just Sacramento's fault we have crime it's the stupid way they run the courts & jails in Tulare co. Whatever you think of Sheriff Arpio (and I don't really think he was great guy) he sure knew how to run his jails right unlike I think these 2 people. Tulare co is full of: gangs, drugs and thieves.
