She was sworn in early Dec....Special meeting called mid Dec.....EVERYTHING THAT KAMBOJ, SMITH, AND MCPHETRIDGE HAD SET UP WAS UNDONE! Forensic Audit, New Attorneys....gone! Less than 1 year later the hospital they said was still loosing money and they wanted to partner. HCCA wasn't even formed yet. Benzeevi was 3 days late with a proposal. Everyone else would have wanted a Forensic Audit so they could see where they stood before taking the reins.....guess what. Not if you choose door number 5. Not if you choose the the guy who already has a company running something in the hospital.....Medflow --ER services. It's all a set-up.....scammers are rampant these days. If HCCA (Benzeevi) is stating he will not work with the new board, isn't that a breech of contract? If you're a good manager it shouldn't matter who's on the board. Unless, of course they stood to benefit from it. So, we either had some slow minded board members, board members who didn’t bother to read it or we had some folks who stood to benefit from it. Probably a combination of all three. It is for sure a Sherry Bell didn’t read it. It is for sure Kumar did.
