He acts like he is the gestapo with Torrez and Wilbourn as his henchmen. Since there is only one legally recognized Board of Directors, where ever Gutierrez, Jamacia, and Northcraft are holding a meeting that would be the one for people to attend. Since Torrez and Wilbourn do not honor election results I no longer consider them to be viable board members. Benzeevi is a bully and thinks that he can force Tulareans to do as he says......a strong verbal message should be given to Benzeevi, Torrez, and Wilbourn at the next meeting..... respectfully of course but leaving no doubt that Tulareans support and stand by board members Gutierrez, Jamacia, and Northcraft.
