Having served 8 years on TRMC Board of Trustees and sworn in twice. The board was present at Senovia’s swearing in by Judge Gorelick. This in fact constitutes recognition and her official act of placement. Kumar has convinced or bought Sherrie Bell,Laura Gadke, Linda Wilbourn,and Richard Torres. Laura Gadke sevrved on the board twice in spite of not winning an election. She completed my term when I resigned because of their desire to bring Bouloki back after being fired.After Bouloki left the second time he left with millions of dollars that Kumar allowed him to take from the district. Dr Kumar has stalled getting a legitimate CEO since the early part of 2013. He convinced Sherri,Laura,Rosalinda,and Richard to give the contract to Benzeevi 3 days before their was an HCCA. Benzeevi has now founded his own loan company to complete the raping of the district. Linda Wilbourn has had vending machines on hospital property for years. When she became a board member, it became a conflict of interest of which nothing was done. When I sat on the board anything that involved employee money or benefits I recused myself as my wife was an employee and I had to leave the room. Dr Kumar has been voting on issues that directly impacted him for years. As for HCCA they are a subordinate employee of the board of directors and has no position to recognize a senior board. He in fact is an at will employee just like every other employee and can be terminated without cause and walked out of the building with just his personnel belongings. An officer of the law needs to be there when he is fired to make sure that he does not escape with classified doucuments of business. There are four board members . Richard is obviously one of the thieves and will vote no unless Kumar tells him to vote yes. He is in charge of a continuation high school for kids with authority issues.He has learned well from his students. That reflects a sad day on our schools in Tulare. The day Benzeevi is fired the locks need to be changed and his access to the computers denied. And if you can get someone to investigate you will see that Kumar is still running this fiasco. We need to drain the swamp here in Tulare. Start with the hospital and then move to the City council. The one thing everyone needs to remember is that the employees are doing the best they can under the constraints they are being placed. DRAIN THE SWAMP. This statement presents great personnel risk to me and my family.

Benny the thief Benzeevi is still showing Kumar as the area 3 Board director on the HCCA website. Apparently the recent recall election was completely meaningless to him. It’s time to send this con artist packing so he can give his full attention to Souther Inyo hospital.

Wow just read that Torrez currently serves as Dean of Students at Tulare Alternative Education High
School as well as having a non-profit boxing club on the side. With that type of background he can’t claim ignorance…..what a sorry role model he must make for all these young people with him sorely lacking in moral leadership.

“Wilbourn and Torrez’ declarations — both identical, with only their names changed — state that Gutierrez is not a board member, and that she won’t be until they declare her one.” The voters in the district that voted overwhelmingly for Gutierrez to the Board made that declaration……Wilbourn and Torrez have no say one way or the other as to the legality of it. HCCA/Benzeevi, Kumar, Wilbourn, and Torrez act as dictators….Kumar was legally recalled, and hopefully Wilbourn and Torrez will be next, HCCA/Benzeevi should be sent packing as they have never from day one acted in good faith in managing our hospital. That contract should be nulled and voided as their real plan was not to manage our hospital but to do a corporate takeover. I don’t know exactly what private businesses Wilbourn and Torrez runs…something about vending machines for Wilbourn and something about a gym in Tulare and boxing club for Torrez I’ve heard. I am going to make it my business to find out and encourage all to boycott these businesses…..just like they are boycotting the hospital’s district elections.

HCCA and their Kool-Aid drinkers need to be sent packing and held accountable for all the tax dollars that have been taken. Recall Torres and Wilburn!!
