		<description>His getting a fair trial in a Tulare county court would be in question, I think.  From personal experience as a plaintiff at one time, finding a truly impartial jury will be the main issue.  Maybe things have changed for the better over the years, but as long as you have a jury pool who believes that government officials are right, then there is little potential for a fair and impartial verdict.</description>

What I do not get, is the last part of the article that states his service duty and awards. That has nothing to do with the fact he allegedly was having an affair.
