Kumar is big part of issues.i worked at hospital for 2 months in leadership role and everything is broken . Quality care so bad. The deaths and errors are shocking. I could not wait to leave.. kumar and leaders will suck every penny and then leave. God help yu all . I am so sad for your town and lovely people. "Budget more money"? Oh hell yes. And while you're at it, reduce the budget for HCCA management from $3 million a year plus to about the level it should be....say $150,000. Where was Dr Kumar when this the rectal bleed needed him, maybe down in Lone Pine Hospital Running the SNF(skilled nursing facility) for HCCA which is 4 hrs away.
