Reach out to your community......take a leap in faith.....do not ask them what their city can do for them....ask them what they can do for their city. There are a lot of "retired" women and men out there with a massive amount of experience and maybe ....just maybe....one or two of them would "volunteer" their expertise, time, and labor to get this study done.
