This is such exaggeration. The music could not be heard that far lol. This seems more like complaints because it was a Hispanic event that was very successful and should continue because it brings big revenue to the city which needs it bad in many ways! The concerts at the fairgrounds during the fair are loud and in the middle of the city. Why no complaints with the ag show? This event was organized and great if continued I’m pretty sure it will get even better if given a chance.

Noise is noise people. This ain’t the first concert there and wont be the last but it WAS the loudest ever and it was out of control and kept kids from sleeping. There is no excuse for not protecting our children. Anyone who doesn’t sympathize with these folks needs their head examined. David mentions county, vs city. Loud is still loud fool and common courtesy should trump all and if ya don’t like THAT you must be gifted in ways I’ll never understand.

You really gonna move next to the counties largest concert venue then whine about living there. Tulare is the greatest place in the state to live. We have everything, including shows such as the largest farm equipment show in the country. If we start slapping oversight on what the venue can and can’t do we are going to feel it economically. Sometimes we all make mistakes. Easy resolution, move and think twice about living next to something that causes you such grief.

all the noise came from the side of Agri Center that is in Tulare County, not the City. sorry folks. guess those few nights a year close the doors/ windows, turn up the TV, turn on the AC.
