Will NAMI have any opportunity to facilitate peer to peer or family of type open support groups? Tulare County residents work hard to fundraiser for these and other programs, yet there aren't any of these types of open programs in Visalia or surrounding cities within the county. This program directly me and my family; me as a mental health patient and my family as they live within the Pinkam school zone. Perhaps if Tulare County and the City of Visalia could be more specific as to who will be facilitating support groups and exactly what's the recovery centers primary goal for those seeking additional help.

This is typical Tulare county. That btch we just elected in district 3 is a prime example. They, each and every one of them are frauds!

Our new county supervisor, Mr. Croker's, first major decision is to ram this project through in the part of his district with the heaviest concentration of voters, despite overwhelming neighborhood opposition. For someone who got elected by such a close margin, he certainly is making a foolish decision. By the way, just because the county "promises" the facility won't be serving dangerous people today, doesn't mean 6 months later they will honor that promise.

Tulare County moving forward with Wellness and Recovery Center! With absolutely no regard for the community’s concerns or safety! What a disgrace Tulare County would be allowed to operate this way and in the City of Visalia. And you may wonder why Trump is president, were all tired of this bull shit!
