Great information once again by the VV. The wheels seem to be falling off if the grand scheme of benzeevi and Kumar to take control of our hospital. There is little doubt that Kumar orchestrated the removal of longstanding doctors. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about parking lot meetings and back room deals. Our public money continues to used for personal gain and legal fees to protect their power. And now we fined out our newly elected mayor seems to have no problem in getting talked into signing and supporting people and agendas he doesn’t even know about and then tries to hide behind those same lawyers that work for the ones responsible for all this mess.

Funny that they don’t have Sherrie Bell’s deposition above.
Another issue not mentioned was all the new rules for the MEC and employees that was ready to go in January. So did one man come up with all those? or was Kumar and Benzeevi meeting in secret to devise this complete takeover of the hospital? With Kumar in Benzeevi’s pocket he pretty much ran with it.
Hopefully this will get fixed now. Too bad more district money will have to go for attorney fees. They should have to pay for that out of their own money!

My understanding is that Bell’s deposition will be available to us later in the week, and that Kumar’s and Benzeevi’s will be available later in the month. Stay tuned.

In the HCCA contract they get a raise this month of $16,000 per month. How can the hospital continue to afford such a high overhead especially with all of these legal fees. Hope employee paychecks bouncing is really because of a banking switch, this happened before and it seems like that was the same reason cited.

The board should really be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen. This article referenced Sherrie Bell’s deposition, that would be interesting to read. Did Dr. Kumar spearhead the new MEC to be chosen and selected by the board. Seems like Sherrie Bell said in the past they just came to the board and wanted to be the new MEC. Or maybe it was all discussed in the parking lot since it appears discussions don’t seem to happen at the board meeting.

The saga of TRMC continues.

Wow, that answers my question about how the original bond money was spent…for legal fees for Kumar, Bensleazy and their band of thieves.
