There is Measure T already in place for Police and Fire funding. There is Measure R for roads etc. This is another tax on the citizens of Visalia on top of another. Council and people need to look at the overall citizen income of Visalia and/or Tulare County. One of the lowest in California. Visalia citizens are being taxed to death left and right. City Council is out of touch with their constituents demographics. Budget tax dollars so monies will fit and dont build if there is no money for it. NO ON THIS TAX.
