And I like how it is said &quot;40% of that would be spent by visitors to the city, according to staff reports.&quot; I see it as 60% by residents, $6,400,000, from your pocket. $10,800,000 from the cash register of local business to the pocket of the city. The local business can use the money to expand and grow, which is how the city should get its needed revenue.</description>
