I also have a complaint against this judge. If we don’t have any ethical moral compass on the bench we have nothing. Judges should be held accountable just as the people before them.

Judge Saucedo should step down. His own friend and attorney Victor Perez told me personally that Judge Saucedo does not go by the law, he does whatever he wants, whch can depend on his mood each day. Go back on his cases and it will be clear he didn’t follow the letter of the law! I’m not afraid to use my name and have no issue telling his to his face STEP DOWN!

I was in front of so called “judge” saucedo. Being a younger white female I felt I was treated less of a person than the other defendants especially the hispanic males. I don’t want to list my name because I’m currently working a program and I know the providers and probation think he’s so special. I’ve seen the way he will talk to a degrade people he doesn’t deserve to be a judge he’s a joke

First off I’m glad I’m no relation to this guy. Its bad enough Hispanic’s get a bad wrap and to have this pos to pull some garbage like this taking advantage of a vulnerable woman and try to play a father figure role? Please anyone with half a brain knows he was using his position to his advantage. Hopefully this CJP group will stop this guy from victimizing anyone else. How can the CJP let this guy continue to make decisions over people’s lives, when he had no regard for his own wanting to commit suicide. Its already been proven he has been dishonest and unethical preying on women. I wonder how many other women he has done this to. I have seen him in many cases where he makes statements “when you have been given a great deal of power such as me” its nice to finally see him getting struck down and drug through the mud. He most definitely has an entitlement attitude and is a cesar chavez type of mexican. Its a embarrassment to the judicial system nation wide that he slipped through the cracks and was allowed to hold such a position. Its time this type of behavior stops is our government. CJP needs to remove him from the bench and prohibit him from practicing law as an attorney.
