Understanding the Roots of California's Water Crises” on Friday, September 12 from 7-8 p.m. at the Porterville College Theater with reception immediately following (8-9 p.m.) at the Porterville College Art Gallery for our newest exhibit, photographer Matt Black’s collection focused on the Valley drought.
