Friend’s, and bretheren the true reason for the enforcement of legal marajuana is so the Board can control the market, and line their own pockets. I remember Allen Ashida in my younger days, a pot smoking gun toten, coke snorting party animal, back when he was cool, now he has become a traitor to our Constitution, for that matter they all are sitting on the Board, I don’t fear those statesmen in suits, who are engaged in cowardly fraud which I can prove, these punks have been using what I call Straw Judges, to conduct pre-determined administrative hearings. A Straw Judge is someone who is not a lawyer, and/or qualified to be a judge. The community development director for the City of Corcoran is a Straw Judge, who’s name is Kevin Tromborg, another is Tracey Robertshaw a Code Enforcement Officer’s who pretends she’s a judge and always rules against anyone before her. RMA is a criminal enterprises, specialized in Extortion, marajuana sales, real-estate scandals tax fraud and you name it, The Board of Supervisors are the Racketeers that make it possible. Get ready my bretheren to take back what is ours!

The Tulare County Board of Supervisors regulates the cultivation of pot only in unincorporated areas. Their ruling today would not affect growers in incorporated cities such as Visalia or Exeter.

So I can still grow because I live in a incorporated city right?

Yah I would like some info on how to ban something that the majority of Californians voted for. Lets ban peoples rights to medical marijuana. That way my wife can get off medical cannabis and get back onto Fentynel and Oxycodone to treat her illness and get addicted to prescription drugs again. In fact lets just ban Freedon all together. Lets ban those criminals working the vinyards making alchohol. Lets just ban the right to vote, that way California wont make marijuana totally legal soon.
And just for the record I want to ban partying and drinking on spring break, rap music, and overweight women. I mean who do people think they are to choose something I don’t agree with huh ?

This is absurd and a step backward for tulare county. Other states are moving forward with sensible medical marijuana programs while our officials go against the will of the majority and force their biased outdated views on us to crush our freedom. It’s a plant for christs sake. It should be a universal human right to cultivate any kind of plant you want on your own land. The criminal drug racketeers and Mexican drug cartels are happy about this,prices for it go way up, and no competition from local growers who provide quality medicine and give back with taxes.

Just who do these, ELECTED OFFICIALS think they are?…This can not stand…If they think doing this will magically reduce crime, they have another thing coming.

They are creating a situation where you won’t be able to call the cops if someone decides to invade your home, without being arrested themselves…what they don’t realize, is there is less crime now with it being legal…the big difference is that now you hear about it when someone gets invaded, as before, you didn’t hear about these crimes being reported because people didn’t want to be arrested themselves

This will only waste resources,and ruin otherwise law abiding citizens lives…

It’s a fact that more people who drink alcohol are more likely involved with hard drugs, than people who smoke Marijuana.

When 5 people can decide what’s best for all of us, on an issue like this, something is really broken with this county…

Doing this will also put unnecessary roadblocks in the production and research of Industrial Hemp, a crop that will be a boon to this county.

Obviously the Tulare County Supervisors have never read Pro 215 or the legal decisions based upon the law.

Gambling is pretty much legal, go to Indian land, Vegas or find a site on the Internet that is regulated by the government who makes laws, prostitution is the oldest profession and will never go away, legal or illegal, do we stop a 20 year old marrying a 80 year old for there money?? Because I doubt it’s love all the time. Murder OJ walked and so have others.. Look at the world it’s corrupt, shooting up schools and children being raped… And were worried about smoking pot.. How many people have gone on killing sprees while smoking a joint? None cuz thier busy watching a movie and making poptarts. Get real America.
