		<description>Animals enhance the parks appeal not deter from it.  First cats, then ducks, now wild geese and peacocks, rue the fate of any poor creature that thinks it might find a friendly home at Mooney Grove.  Next stop, demise. Fleas are everywhere, nothing new about that.  Sorry that the council members are not willing to hear the voice of the public.
