They need to get rid of the ass that is in charge.of 5he park I will not go there for that reason! We have alto of cats in my neighborhood because of people not take care.and leaving there cats and dogs to die and the city just wants to kill them to! I feel Tulare is the worst they want 50 dollars for cats.to take and put down it doesn’t matter.if there yours or not and they threaten you with fines and don’t want to help solve the problem!! I wish we could get behind the T and R program in every city!

I know this guy neil he had been ther along time ..I was homeless and had no ware ells to go during the summer of 2013. So me my girl and my dog would go ther just to get out of the hot sun of the day…just a nice place to BBQ and play in the water with the dog.And this man was so mean he has no hart for pepple or life of any kind..all he cares about is that dum desk golf I thank he needs to steep down…he’s workng a job he dose not desurve………all that desk golf is doing is messing up the park and brenging bad pepple to the park. ……..SAVE A LIFE ..fire nile … and trash the DESk GOlF…

I am at the Visalia rescue mission and I have many cats,and I want to help them but . I am in the program. and they make it tough for me .

I am calling on all residents of the cities of Tulare and Visalia to find out when the Tulare County supervisors plan on going in to Mooney’s Grove to pick up and kill all the feral cats next time, to gather in on mass gathering and physically protect the cats at all costs.
Nobody has the right to kill a feral cat, only to feed and protect it. If I lived in the area I would make sure they could not pick up any more cats, and I would protect the cats, and feed the cats, for the Trap Neuter Release program. and tell the Tulare County Supervisors to go to Hell.
