Civil Engineering News (CE News) honored Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group with a Top Ten in the national “2013 Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work For” program. The firm was ranked tenth overall of small, medium and large firms. This is the 11th year Provost & Pritchard, which has an office in Visalia, has been on the “Top Firms” list.

Provost & Pritchard’s tenth place ranking was determined largely by the results of a confidential Employee Satisfaction Survey of staff. Questions were based on a variety of topics including culture, management style, benefits, staff recognition, compensation, professional development, recruiting and retention.
